Stairs up from the ground floor on to a narrow landing with doors off to two rooms: the bathroom & toilet, & a twin bedroom. 

The bathroom has a proper bath and shower head, toilet & sink. 

The twin bedroom faces the front of the house with large windows overlooking the front, with two single beds and ample storage space for clothes.  

Stairs up to the third floor to the Sun Room, with French doors leading on to the secluded roof terrace overlooking the village church.

Terrace size is about 15 foot by 8 foot.  The roof terrace has a BBQ & garden furniture. 

There are games, English books, two CD / tape players & 2 boule sets at the house.  All duvets, duvet covers, sheets, pillow-cases, bath towels, table cloth & tea towels are provided. Recommended to bring your own beach towels.
