La Cachette (sleeps 3)

'La Cachette'

La Cachette ('the little hide-away') is situated above the ground floor of Le Chai and is accessed via an external staircase with private gate. With one double bedroom and one single. Terrace at the front of the house which catches the morning sun, perfect for a croissant breakfast.

                                                                                        

         
 

La Cachette is the original house sitting above the old wine cellar and is therefore more authentic in its original features than Le Chai.

Ground floor

Enter via front door into kitchen / dining area with large old stone fireplace (not in use) as the backdrop.  Kitchen well equipped with electric cooker & fridge. Outside there is a built-in BBQ in the external wall and there is garden furniture for use on the terrace.  

 

 

Small lounge area off to one side of the kitchen / dining area, with a sofa bed.  French doors lead on to the terrace at the front of the house.  Access to the small single bedroom off the lounge area.

 

 

  

 
There is a patio table & chairs set for use on the terrace.

An old stone narrow spiral staircase leads up to the 2nd floor.
